Multi-Rip Saws (Chain & Roller Feed)
Akemsan multi-rip saws split cants and planks into several boards in a single pass. The double-arbor ÇDÇM-250 reaches a 250 mm cutting height with 2 x 75 kW of drive power, while the single-arbor ÇDTM-125 is built for pallet board and lumber production up to 125 mm.
Chain-feed models use special alloy cast track plates that feed the timber without slipping at stepless speed; roller-feed models use 7 or 9 feed rollers and a hydraulic side pressure roller that holds thick cants square against the fence for straight cuts. Automatic lubrication, pneumatic hold-down and anti-kickback fingers are standard on every model.
